Thanks Steve. I have some of Steve Daily's work. I will check what I
can find from Jon Paulien. I am familiar with his work on Revelation,
but not on worship.

The Word of Steve Timm came to the Net, saying:

The other thing to note is that even within a general job description,
you may have to balance which needs and duties are of top importance
_that_ day, or week, or month. Sometimes you need more time on
sermon preparation. Sometimes you're counseling people in need.
Sometimes you're providing spiritual advice to people who need
to be corrected. Sometimes you're comforting the mourners or
conducting funerals or visiting the sick.

Even with a job description, there's still "what needs to be done now?"

the reason that most fail at it is because while many people may write
books to promulgate ideas, most people read books to be entertained.
